Team up with your family, friends, neighbors, our bring your double dutch squad if you already have one. Don't doubt the amount of energy it takes to compete at this sport. You're going to need to set time for practice and work on building your routines. This tournament is part of our series of fitness events that we call Get Fit Parties.
