All clients, being aware of their own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that their participation in any exercise program may be injurious to their health, are voluntarily participating in a physical activity.

Having such knowledge, clients acknowledge a release of Team Get Fit LLC, any representatives, agents, and successors, from liability for accidental injury or illness which they may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. All clients hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.

All clients must agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect their ability to participate in said fitness program.

Any data shared by clients is subject to being shared to a partnering company. Only information previously agreed to will be shared publicly.
